Whatever kind of room or space you need, try booking with the Folk Hall. We have a variety of flexible and fully accessible function spaces to suit your needs, whether you want to hold a corporate meeting, conference, wedding, party, training session or exercise class. We also have a range of resources available to hire to support your meeting or event, including a PA system, projector, screens, flip charts and other items.
We also offer catering for your events, and our fully licensed bar is available to hire in Orchard Hall.
Flexible spaces
Our spaces are flexible and lend themselves to a wide range of activities and set-ups. Our facilities team will help on the day to set up the room before you arrive and will sort out tables, chairs and meeting extras.

Information about our standard room hire rates can be seen below. Reduced rates are available, subject to restrictions and eligibility and at management discretion. We offer both a Charity rate* (33% reduction) and a Community Value/residents rate* (50% reduction). For more information please contact the Folk Hall team who will be happy to discuss eligibility with you.
*Please note that Weddings and Large scale social events are priced differently, for more information on these please click here. (Large scale social events and Weddings are not eligible for discounted rates).
