Alzheimer’s Society Forget-Me-Not Fair

Join the Alzheimer’s Society for their finale to Dementia Action Week to showcase the services provided by the Alzheimer’s Society York.

There will be information stations, craft tables, games and an exhibition showcasing all the Forget-Me-Nots that have been crafted by local people throughout the week.

The aim is to create and display at least 1817 Forget-Me-Nots to highlight the fact that there are 1817 people living with a Dementia diagnosis in York. We will reveal all of the hard work and the grand total made at 2pm.

There will also be Forget-me-not cakes for sale at the cafe to raise awareness for the event and Bronte the Therapy Dog will be attending too.

Venue: New Earswick Folk Hall – Orchard Hall

Date: Friday 23rd May 2025

Time: 10am-3pm
