New Wednesday class at the Folk Hall: Move it or Lose it

Starting on September 28th we are delighted to be welcoming a brand new exercise class to the Folk Hall!

Move it or Lose it is a weekly regular exercise class for older adults. If you need to improve your balance, strength, flexibility and aerobic health to help you maintain an independent and active life then come along and give it a go.

Classes are always welcoming, social and fun, and can be done seated, with chair support or standing. Everyone is welcome! Held at New Earswick Folk Hall every Wednesday from the 28th September. The 28th will be a FREE taster session where you can turn up and give the session a try, see if it is something you enjoy, after that:

10am to 10.45am.

Only £6 per class.
