Over 50’s Keep Fit

All are welcome for this low impact fitness and movement class, designed to be suitable for all ages and fitness types. Keep Fit is a weekly exercise class that is a low-risk movement session to help you keep moving or to help build up strength and confidence.

We meet weekly on Thursday mornings at 9am – 9:45am and 10am – 10:45am (closed over Christmas) at the Folk Hall, £5 a class Pre-book by contacting us or turn up on the day (please check numbers attending before turning up)
