Run by our Catering Operations Manager Andy Brownridge and our award winning Head Chef Paul Murray, they have, between them, over 60 years’ of catering hospitality experience in some of the regions most loved establishments such as Bettys Tearooms, Rudding Park Hotel and Hazlewood Castle. Our Catering team not only provide delicious daily specials, yummy sandwiches, light bites and mouth watering cakes (make sure to try our famous scones – they are the best around) in our café (opening hours detailed here) but are also able to deliver exciting menus to cater for every event, from Birthday Parties and Corporate lunches to Weddings and Celebratory events.
